Nice early morning swim with Helen, Federico, Ian, Beth, Richard, Pooley and Sara.
From South beach through the chop off Castle Point and into the main bay. Richard, Pooley, Beth and Sara headed back to the bandstand from there. The rest of us continued on to Consti.
